Spa Clients

We ask all our clients to arrive on-time, there is a 15 min late window. If late a call or text will be made out to you, we will try our best to accommodate your appointment once it does not interfere with the next client.
We understand that things do happen, and you may be unable to make it to your appointment, we require a 24 hr notice of cancellation before appointment any deposit made will go to your next rescheduled appointment. If not notified of cancelation your deposit may not be refunded and the full-service fee will be required on your rescheduled appointment. We value our clients and their time, and we ask for you to do the same for us.

Hair Clients
​
All clients are expected to arrive on-time to ensure that your hair appointment can be finished within the time frame, there is a 15 min late window, if late a call/text will be made out to you and we will try our best to accommodate your appointment once it does not interfere with the next clients appointment. All clients are expected to come washed, detangled and blow-dried, however, if NOT an additional charge will apply for service ($ 15+).
Clients are asked to give a 24 hr notice of cancellation for appointment, any deposits will go towards any rescheduled appointments as deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, if failure to give the required notice upon rescheduling your next appointment the full-service charge will be required before appointment is confirmed. We value our clients and their time and ask for you to do the same for us.
ONLY USING PRE-STRETCHED HAIR
When booking for braids or twist the price may vary depending on size and length, the website only displays regular price (mid-back length). Requesting longer lengths starts at an additional $5, keep in mind that braiding hair can be provided as you will have to make the request upon booking stating the colour and length you would like.
Upon booking, clients are to send a picture of the desired hairstyle and length they would like installed, along with a picture of your own hairline and length.

All clients are to ensure they are fully satisfied before leaving the salon and spa.
